This looks like it is going to be a very nice system! My only suggestions would be to make sure you buy a Windows license key if you don't have one already.
Also, you may want to consider getting a different cooler for the 5600X. Of course the stock cooler will work fine if you wanted to use that but you could go with a 240mm AIO as your case would fit it without a problem. Other than that everything looks to be compatible and should look very nice in the end.
