PowerSpec G706
I have PowerSpec G706 and I am looking to hopefully get GeForce RTX 3080 at some point when stock is available. Is there enough room inside the case to fit the RTX 3080? Also would I need to change out the power supply to accommodate the new card?

You shouldn't have any problems. Lian Li 205 chassis used on that Powerspec will accommodate a 13.75" card. Largest 3080's I've seen so far are 13.25".
