POWERSPEC B245 R5-3400G/8/500/10P Crashes when in a Zoom Meeting and online classes
My B245 has been crashing while on Zoom calls during classes. This is not good.
I have updated the graphics driver, what else can I do?

Need to very what the crash is exactly and we'll be able to assist. -
Myself and some others with the b245 pc have had to install the older version 3.3 bios to fix the various crashing issues. You might need to do the same assuming yours has the Asrock a320m HDV R4 motherboard too. You can go to the Asrock support site to find the version 3.3 bios as well as instructions for how to install it. Best of luck.
