Powerspec B745 not showing Intel Virtualization Technology available

I have a Powerspec B745 that I bought in late October 2020. It has an MSI Z490 motherboard and an Intel 10700K CPU which I thought supported Intel Virtualization Technology. That feature is listed as enabled in the BIOS but the Intel Processor Identification Utility shows it with an x next to that feature and it is greyed out. Is it not supported?

Please check your Windows Features list from Programs and Features. Is Hyper-V enabled?

Thanks for replying so quickly. I have Hyper-V and Virtual Machine Platform checked in the Windows Features popup. In Task Manager/Performance it says Virtualization is enabled. Here is what I see in the processor information screen

Please disable Hyper-V, then allow the system to reboot and remove that feature. Check the Processor Identification Utility afterwards.

I tried that and it didn't help but I found another thread that showed a more aggressive command which seemed to do it:
dism.exe /Online /Disable-Feature:Microsoft-Hyper-V
bcdedit /set hypervisorlaunchtype off
Which seemed to do the trick. Thanks for your help.
