Tool Kit Inquiry
Hello, I purchased a new Syba 145 Piece Computer Tool Kit from the Paterson, NJ store on 3/25/21. After opening it up, I noticed that there were a few pieces that did not match up to the advertised picture/description (The head of the Hammer is steel and not rubberized, the Soldering Iron's holder is missing, the solder supply is only 2/3rds full, the Vacuum Cleaner is completely different in terms of size, color, and design, and the Electronic Voltage Tester is missing). I contacted Syba, and they said I should reach out to MicroCenter - Please let me know what can be done about this because I am located pretty far away from the store. Thank You.
