I would say the build looks fine for the most part.
The biggest I see is that you have an internal optical tray on the list. However, the corsair 4000x does not have an option for this bay. I would recommend an external in it's place. Preferably, as ASUS one.
Also, I would say the Redragon cooler can handle a similar TDP as the cooler that comes with the 3600. I would save the money an use the cooler that is bundled with the CPU.
