Sorry for the delay in reply. Looking over that list:
You can get your budget down by picking a more suitable power supply such as https://www.microcenter.com/product/485309/powerspec-750-watt-80-plus-gold-atx-fully-modular-power-supply as what you have picked out right now is major overkill.
Your case also doesn't have a slot for a DVD drive so if you want one, you'd have to use an USB external one. That will be typical for most if not all computer cases currently sold.
