Status access violation nothing working

2 week ago I was playing RuneScape and had chrome(YouTube) and discord app open and out nowhere chrome and discord closed itself chrome gave a status access violation error and discord won’t even open and give a updated.exe error. I have tried everything I could get from googling how to fix it and nothing work so I took it to 6 different repair shop and no one was able to find out the problem. Right now my computer is wiped clean I have nothing but the basic stuff (it like a fresh cp).

cpu- ryzen 5 3600
gpu- GeForce rtx 2060 super
ram- Corsair vengeance rgb 16gb (2x8 ddr4)
psu- seasonic USA gold 650 watt 80 plus gold
motherboard- gigabyte aorus elites WiFi x570
ssd-Samsung 860 qvo 1tb
had this pc picked out and built by micro center in Yonkers a year and a half ago
