PowerSpec - Run into a problem

I bought my son a power spec pc and when he starts to play gta 5 it plays for like 3-5mins then pop up comes up and says we’ve run into a problem and the pc restarts.and he does it every time so is there something we can do so he can play it,it’s been doing this for 2 days.
