Additional device coverage for ESET
I purchased an ESET Internet Security for 1 computer for 3 years when I got my laptop from micro center (exp in 2023). I want to purchase protection for my (older) laptop and possibly, my iphone and ipad.
Should I start with a new purchase or try to add on 2 or 3 devices to my existing license?

I would recommend purchasing a separate license for your laptop. I'd advise caution to be certain that you are purchasing the specific version required for your laptop as ESET has both Windows and Mac versions of the ESET software.
I don't believe that ESET currently offers ESET for iOS or iPad devices at the moment.

Thank you. One more question: Since I have to remove the old AV software before installing ESET, do you recommend any special program or just right click and uninstall on the old Webroot? I also noted that the system says I'm protected by "windows security", so not sure what that is.

I don't need to uninstall ESET. It is the Webroot that needs to be uninstalled on the other laptop.

ESET uninstaller was blocked from removing Webroot. The message displayed was: Threat Detected! You do not have sufficient permissions to run this application. Any ideas?

I also tried to left click on webroot and it says: "Your computer is currently infected, are you sure you want to uninstall? "
Where do I go from here?

If you already have ESET installed, or if you wish to use it instead of Webroot, yes, you will need to proceed through the prompts on the Webroot uninstall.
