Will this build actually work and do I need anything else with it?
I kinda like the build of this but just wondering if I can make this a bit cheaper without removing something entirely or downgrading this by too much, and also will this build actually work and do I need anything else with it?

I would suggest a better processor mainly for gaming/streaming, and you don't need a 360mm water cooler for that processor, it's quite overkill for it. Here is what I changed it to:

I’m gonna use it for streaming/gaming mostly and my budget at the very most is 2.3k

Are you sure you want a 2.5" SSD drive? The m.2 kind are so much faster.
