Hello, i just checked my PCs diagnostics order status on the status check thing and its complete will they contact me and tell me what is wrong or do they tell me when i have to pick it up, thanks zeak

Greetings, you should have been contacted via phone or text by your local service department with updates on your repair, depending on how you specified you'd like to be contacted at time of drop off.
