What GPU for Media PC?

I'm turning an old dell into a media/streaming computer. I want to run my 75in 4k Samsung TV with HDR active. Right now it has an old Nvidia NVS 510 and it isn't cutting it. Just moving the mouse on screen pegs it at 100% so you can imagine video playback isn't good. What graphics card do you recommend to run 4k video at 60htz with HDR active? The GPU also needs to be low profile. Thanks.
PS. The rest of the PC is more then capable of 4k video so we are just talking GPU's.

If it has to be low profile, a GT 1030 or RX 550 are probably your best options.

Anything with a lower than 128mb memory interface is trash.
