I an looking to build a pc for around $3,000. Does this build look good, or is there something I should change? I just want to get an outside opinion before ordering. Thanks!

Greetings. What's the intended use of the PC? From first view, a 360mm water cooler is quite overkill for an i5.
You can rearrange some of your budget by changing motherboard and cooler and put that saved money towards a better processor/video card.
