Can I return my gpu that has a warranty on it because of an error code on windows?

I’ve had my gpu for around 5 months. Every week or so I would get this error code 43 for my gpu and I would have to uninstall the graphics driver using ddu and installing the drivers again even though most of the time I don’t even need to because there isn’t a new driver update. It’s super annoying and it happens to me a lot and would take me more then half an hour each time.

5 months old means contact the manufacturer about warranty coverage. It's unlikely the retailer would take it as a return after that long.
