Want to return a 1650 i bought for $269.99 with a 2 year warranty for $39.99

Yes, you will receive the full amount back of what you paid.

If you have a protection plan with microcenter and want to claim this warranty, the 39.99 will not be refunded. Tax will also not be refunded, just the price of the GPU. Hope this helps.
