Why is Canon telling me the printer I bought from Microcenter was not intended for sale in the USA
In order to get help from canon, you have to register the product and when I entered the serial number received the following message
1) The serial number does not match the product you have selected (FCC ID which starts with “AZD” is often mistaken for serial number.)
2) The serial number entered indicates this product was not intended for sale in the United States and is ineligible for registration and support in the U.S.
The serial Number I entered came from a sticker on the back of the product titled Serial Number
Did you guys buy these printers from a man who advertised them as being still in the box.
What's up with this, I thought you guys were an accredited store.
