Air or AIO?
I have a build here and I want to keep it around 1k USD (max around 1.3k). I don't know if I should put an air cooler on it or a liquid cooler. I do plan on upgrading it in the future, but I want some opinions on what I should get.

The 5600 is a quite low wattage part so an air-cooler, potentially even the stock cooler should be enough for that CPU which should help with your budget as well!
