If I get the 2 year replacement plan and the pins are bent in the box, how can I prove it wasn't me
If I get the 2 year replacement plan and the pins are bent in the box, how can I prove it wasn't me that bent the pins so I will be able to get a replacement because I am scared that the pins could be bent

Greetings, what item would this be in regards to? What pins are bent and when was the purchase made?

I am asking because I am debating whether to buy from here or somewhere else because I heard motherboard pins get bent in the factory a lot

I am not aware of this being much of an issue, if really at all. If you do run into issues you are more than welcome to bring an item back in to have it observed by our store after a purchase.
