I need to upgrade graphics card from Intel UHD Graphics 730 to one with a display port.
HP EliteDesk 800 G2 SFF Desktop Computer (Refurbished); Intel Core i7 6th Gen
Don't want to pay a lot, just need my new monitor to work with this computer. I do some designing work with quite a few windows open at once.
What do you suggest?

Unforunately I wouldn't have stock information for a specific store, but most likely there be other models of similar cards available.
