Transfer Google Photos from Samsung Galaxy to PC
Hi, I'm Lupe and I'm hoping someone has an easy fix for this issue. We are trying to back up photos from our mobile to USB. I've tried multiple times to transfer the photos to my PC to then save to USB. The only photos that transfer are the ones in the Gallery, not Google Photos.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Sounds like they might be stored directly on your Google account through cloud storage tied to your account. I'd check out their website for information on transferring those: https://support.google.com/photos/answer/7652919?hl=en&co=GENIE.Platform%3DDesktop
