Normal or Business Days
I just dropped my computer off for service, was told it would be ten days before they would get it on the bench, didn't think to ask this, but does anyone know if that is ten normal days or ten business days?

Typically, unless specifically stated as "business days", my techs here in Chicago mean standard days since we're open 7 days a week. I'd say you'd be safe with ten normal days.
Worst case scenario, your local Micro Center should have a direct line to the service department. You should be able to give them a call and verify the status of your service.
