Does the z690-p motherboard have to use ddr5 RAM or can I use my existing DDR 4

There are a few motherboards with the Z690-P moniker that we stock. Would you be able to provide us with the full model number of your board, or perhaps even the SKU number found on your receipt if you purchased it from us? That way we can tell for sure which one you need :)
Pictured below are a few examples with "Z690-P" in the names that we sell. A lot of the motherboards have similar names, so it can be a bit tricky!
