Can an unused feature phone be returned?

The website indicates that phones cannot be returned due to Covid. Since the Covid emergency is over, can an unused feature phone be returned? I bought the wrong device in store and want to purchase the correct one.

Hello @Deydradice! As of now, the store management team would have to approve of any return for a handheld, or wearable device that has been opened and shows no sign of damage or defect within return period.
