If available, I want run apple Apps on the large touch screen. Is there an option?

What do you mean by Apple Apps specifically? Are you referring to connecting a touchscreen monitor to an Apple iOS device like iPad or iPhone or one of their laptops or desktops?

I am looking to connect an iPad to a touchscreen monitor.

Apple doesn't support this for iOS so there isn't going to be an option available.
