Asus Z790-E ROG Strix and TMP support?
Asus' site does not list any of their Z790 boards as TMP compatible. Seems weird since they are newer. Other sources seem to say it only requires a bios change. Is Windows 11 fully supported on this board?

Yes it does. Uses the firmware TPM on the CPU, that's why ASUS doesn't list is as a spec. Board doesn't have a TPM built in.
