Need Guidance
So I have a second 2012 Mac Book Pro that I installed a new battery, 1TB SSD, and 16 GB of ram. I also updated the OS. I just bought a 2014 Mac Mini that I want to use as a server. I already have the 2012 Mac Book Pro set up as the server, but want to give it away to a friend and put the 1TB SSD in the Mac Mini. Can I swap out the SSD's since I already have the 2012 set up the way I want? Thank you.

Greetings,
You'd really have to try it out as it seems some users online on the Apple forums seem to suggest they have done this successfully. If it doesn't, you'd have to look into doing a backup and transfer of files/apps, etc. to transfer a drive properly.
