3D printer exchange!
SO i remember when I purchased the printer they mentioned something about being able to exchange it at any time for a new printer…. i have two printers I have bought from there and would love to exchange them for a new one, however i no longer have receipt…. any tips on how I can get that accepted?

There are other ways for the stores to find your purchase info, such as using the serial number of your printer. As long as you are within the 15-day return period for 3D printers, you should not have too much trouble exchanging yours for a new one.
