pc not showing on monitor

I restarted my pc because I had high ping for some reason it brung me to the recovery mode I press continue and it brings me back I had to use the snapshot mode it worked but when I tried opening steam it didn’t work, I restart it again and now this is all I’m seeing

Sticky keys randomly pops us sometimes

With sticky keys you're hearing the sound or you're seeing the dialog box? And it comes up randomly, it's not induced by key presses?
