Ned help gettign a brand new PowerSpec B943 Running
I boght a brand new PowerSpec from the Rockville store on Jul6. I have been busy, and I also did not have the right type of HDMI cable.
So I attempted to power it up today, but it wont power up. I checked the power cord wth a voltmeter and it's okay.
There is a large X on a button at the top, but I don't know if it is related to power on.
I can see a small blower in the case, but it does not blwo when I turn on the computer.
What could be the problem?
Would appreciate your help.

Check the switch on the PSU, bottom rear. Make sure it's flipped the dash. Sometimes it gets flipped coming out of the foam block. The power button is the far right button, it should turn on.
