Need Help Choosing Parts

Haven't built in a while so I'm looking for a few suggestions. Open to any improvements, but I am mostly curious about different cases/air coolers.
Any reason I shouldn't go with the cheaper be quiet pure rock slim 2 over the noctua u12s? Was also considering the Lian Li lancool II mesh but I think I'm leaning toward the Fractal Pop Air now.
Appreciate any help/suggestions beyond those!
