Need Help Choosing Parts for a mini atx build

I’m looking for a mini ATX case without any glass because I’ll be traveling a lot with it. The specifications I’m seeking are an Intel Core i7-14700K, 32GB (2x16) DDR4 RAM, and two SSDs, each with a 2TB capacity. I already have a Gigabyte GeForce RTX 3080 GAMING OC GDDR6X Graphics Card with me. I also want a water-cooled CPU cooler with at least three fans, but I don’t need any RGB lighting. I just want a screen on the CPU cooler so I can monitor temperatures.
