I think my PC is bottlenecking because of my CPU choice for my Graphics card.
Hey there! I have an EVGA XC3 Ultra RTX 3070 8GB paired with my AMD Ryzen 7 3700X. I recently began to notice large bottle necking when playing Black Ops 6 and wanted to upgrade my processor. What would be a solid choice to pair with the RTX 3070? My current PC specs are listed below.
