Experimental/Learning build

Hello all, i am trying to build a mini itx experimental small pc. I need a case, motherboard, intel cpu, and a psu. Any thoughts for these parts? I got 4 ram sticks of 8gb each ddr4 3200. I got a joke of a graphics card but again i am not trying to use this pc as a "PC". Its just a experimental build but then i am trying to put together a ok pc. Its not going to be all trashy parts either. Any thoughts on what parts do i choose for this build? I do have a ssd laying around too. I dont need a storage drive. Thanks.
