Need Help Choosing Parts

Greetings,
I'm a beginner in the putting a PC build together but I want to try it. If anyone can help put together or at least give me an idea for a Gaming PC with decent specs running an Nvidia 4090 and AMD Ryzen with 64ggb of RAM, It would be greatly appreciated.
