only 5 days and outside return window

I picked this up at 1/24/2045, and I clicked the cancel order by mistake. It now tells ne outside the return window.

the Dram light is always red and I don't know why. I checked all 4 slots with single ram, then do it again with another ram, and always dram error.

I checked motherboard and I find that there is pin disappeared. it is not even bent, there is one pin not there, all pins around that is totally not effidence shows affected and I don't know what mistake would I make to make just that single pin totaly disappeared without influence other pins arount it at all.

Therefore I need a return, it is within 15 days and I don't why I can cancel an order that I have already purchased. Can someone tell me can I still return this canceled order?
