You don't need bit defender internet security. just use the security built in to windows 11. and windows 11 can be found on groupon for as little as $15 or even less. You need another PC to download the files to a USB thumb drive first though.

i can't find that the AIO cooler you selected has anything other than colored lights. people in other forums are complaining it does not have software to tell such things as the fluid temperature. if you have a problem cooling your cpu, information such as fluid temp is critical to understanding the issue. cheap coolers do not have sensors for this. i suggest you consider a Corsair or NZXT model, because those do usually have temp sensors unless you can find out the asus one does have it.
