Is this a good part list?
Hello,
I bought the Corsair Vengeance i7600, and I am not pleased with it due to constant crashing, freezing, and black screens. Before I return it, I am going to try and build a PC that is able to handle my needs, such as gaming, streaming, and video editing. I am unsure if this is all I need to replace my current PC. I would like to know any feedback on these parts that I have chosen.
Here's the build:

I can't say I'm all that keen on water cooling, so I'm not sure if you'll need or want top fans. Did you consider any other 5070 TI cards? Any wiggle room on the budget?
