Micro Center at 4531 E Thomas Rd, Phoenix, AZ?
I'm sure this question has been asked before, but is it true that there will be a future Micro Center at 4531 E Thomas Rd in Phoenix? There are multiple Reddit posts, a permit posted at the building mentioning Micro Center, and a pdf from the company behind that strip mall mentioning an upcoming location.

Yes there is a building permit there, I have verified it with the City of Phoenix. In addition, Micro Center has open jobs listed for the new Phoenix Location.

I am patiently waiting for this store to open. I think Prescott AZ would have been a better location because its central AZ and doesn't have the same heat as phoenix and many people drive from Phoenix to central or northern AZ to get away from the heat, but anyway.
I moved from Boston and went to the Cambridge MC. So Happy this store is close enough for me to drive.
