Need Help Choosing Parts
I got the rough idea of the pc I want, but I want to know if theres things about the build I should change most espically being whether I should get the 9060xt or the 9070xt. I would be using a 1080p monitor but plan to upgrade to a 1440p later this year. I don't know if I should stick with the 9060xt at a lower cost or if its worth the upgrade towards the 9070xt

Well it mainly depends on what games exactly you wanted to play. But there is a large difference between the 9070XT and 9060XT. Since it sounds like price is important, I suggest you consider the 9070 without XT. There's a relatively modest difference from the XT version and Microcenter has a non-XT model for a whopping $200 less than that 9070XT in your list (ASRock's Challenger model). I think that looks like your best bet for price/performance.
