Shipping return/exchange?
Today I bought a fan in store. When I got home I realized it was completely the wrong one. The location is kind of far away so I wanted to ask if there are shipping return/exchange options. The fans that I do need don't appear to be in stock at the store closest to me, but they are at the next closest.

I have the same problem - I've been on hold with tech support for more than an hour, 40 minutes of which I've been #1 in queue.
Chat doesn't even open a page. There is no phone number for the store itself. I'm pretty annoyed by this…and their prices are all easily beatable by an online search..I guess I won't be shopping with them anymore. :(
