How to make Num Lock on by default on bootup?

I recently bought a Powerspec B736 with Win 11 Pro and can't get Num Lock to be permanently on at bootup. I've tried RegEdit, and tried a VBS script that only seemed to toggle the Num Lock, not keep it on. My keyboard has a number pad and I use it often, so I really don't want to have to enable Num Lock each time. Can anyone tell me what I should do to get permanent Num Lock on?

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
