New Monitor Recommendations for a 5090 GPU

I was wondering if anyone has any tips or recomendations on upgrading to a new monitor? 

I just recently got a 5090 gpu so I want a better monitor to replace my HP Omen 27 inch 165hz monitor. With the various different types of monitors available this has been a struggle for me to pick out a new one. 

My budget would be less than 1k for the monitor. 

Here is the rest of my build. 

CPU - Ryzen 7 9800X3d
motherboard - asus X870E Rog Strix
Gpu - Gigabyte Rtx5090 Gaming OC
Ram - Corsair Vengeance 64gb 
Cooling - Lian Li Galahad Trinity 
PSU - Seasonic 1200w

    Assuming that this is a gaming focused build, I'd steer clear of the 49" omen. It's great for productivity (the equivalent of 2 27' side by side without the bezels in the middle), but most games don't handle the aspect ratio well. A lot of games end up with black bars on the sides, or a messed up UI (or you're running in a window with a more conventional aspect ratio wasting the real estate). Forza is a fun exception though.
