power spec g707 (older model no longer sold) keeps making strange noise on start up

Hello recently my powerspec g707 has started making this strange revving like noise on start up. It happens for several seconds and after a bit stops. Then its fine for the rest of the time it's on. The stranger thing is that I can't seem to replicate it consistently. Usually only happens when turning on my PC for the first time that day. At first I thought it was because I didn't clean it for a while, so I gave it a thorough air duster cleaning. That seemed to stop that noise for a few days but now it's back. I'll post a part of a reddit link to show the vid (cant post links yet as i just made this account). Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
