Questions about a PowerSpec G453
My Social media and other software under chrome seems to be having some problems displaying some videos and images. Which causes a delay and blurry images. Some take a few seconds and some never show at all. Win 11 Pro. Ethernet Internet Speed is DL 910 Mbps and Up 22 Mbps. My PC is only 5 months old. Still under warranty. Hoping to resolve this without having to bring it back to Microcenter. Here are 2 examples from screenshot's from FB. It does it on Edge as well.

Try disabling hardware acceleration on the browser.

I tried that but no luck. I did a Network reset, deleted temporary internet files, I have the newest graphic and network drivers. I did a Google image search it and it comes up immediately. It's frustrting,lol. You think it could be the GPU or the CPU ? Or even the SSD or Ram sticks ? I guess if I can't resolve it I will take it in since it's still undeer warrent. Just a pain in the but. I mean I like the PC, but I need to resolve this or it's just going to drive me crazy. If there's anything else you can think of I'll try it. Appreiate your time and help.

Sounds more like a software or driver issue to me. Have you tried different browsers to verify the issue still exists?

Yes Sir, I've tryed Edge and Comet as well. Even if the internet speed is good, can there still be lag, buffering, etc. ? If so would Xfinity be able to test something like that over the phone or will they say everything is ok because my speed is good. Do you recommend me trying to solve this with Xfinity/Comcast 1st before I bring it in to Microcenter, or is that a dumb question ? These screenshots above are vidoes from FB trying to process the data I guess.

They're probably going to run a speed test, clear cache and say it's a computer problem. Do you have any other PC's in the house that don't have this issue?

Yes I have a ipad and i phone that runs fine from the WiFi. My PC is ethernet. I guess I'll call them and see what they say. I'll let you know, Thanks again.
