16gb at 3200MHZ or 32Gb at 3200 MHZ on a AMD system in this pic below are my specs Comments

16GB is more than enough for most things these days. I would only get 32GB if there are certain programs you use that are very memory intense. If you're mostly just gaming, which is what it looks like your build will be for, then 16GB is plenty.
