I am looking to build a new PC but not pay an arm and a leg, but build so i am able to play current games plus future releases. I have put this together. I do not have a power supply on my build, since i do have one at home unopened. It is a Corsair CX650M 80 plus bronze. Let me know what you think? This likely would be my first on my own. One thing i would want to change, i'd like to build with the R7 but westmont store only had R5 in stock to put in my build.

    It's a good build overall. The X570's afford a little more future proofing than the B450's. Mainly it's PCIe Gen4However, I think you'd enjoy the system more if you went with a B450 and spent the $70-90 you'll save on a larger SSD. I would look at a B450 board with a good VRM.

    In addition to what Mike said, I noticed you didn't include a power supply on the build link you posted. I also notice you have RGB RAM, which is nice if you're really into the RGB aesthetics, but in terms of value, you can get a kit that performs exactly the same for less, you just don't get the fancy lighting. 

    With that in mind, I added a PSU, and switched your motherboard and RAM around to come up with this:

    Thank you for the input. As stated i didn't add the power supply because i already have Corsair Cx650M at home i haven't opened from when my current PC had one go out, which should be enough to power the unit i think. Me personally i like some of the flashiness of the RGB but it is not necessary if i am looking to save money and upgrade somewhere else.

    The R7 is a pretty popular processor, and i'm sure we will get more in stock soon due to the popularity.  The processor does come with an RGB Wraith Prism stock cooler, so you can get some flashiness with a nicer processor if you wait for the R7.  Here is Tony's build without the power supply and an R7 in.

    Ah, I didn't notice that for some reason! That PSU will definitely be enough, and I'll agree with Phillip here. Jump up to the 3700X for your CPU, you get RGB with the Wraith Prism and with two extra cores over the 3600, it'll have better "future-proofing"

    Another question.....would it be worth changing out the graphics card to the RX5700 over the 2060 i currently have chosen. This is another thing i have been debating on, but always thought the 2060 would be better.

    They are fairly similar cards, a good way to check is to look up benchmarks for specific games etc. between the two cards, that would give you a good idea on performance between them.
