Monitor black , no bios beeping

Newly built, AMD Ryzeo 7 3800x, Asus Rog Strix x570-e, Corsair 32G D4 3200 memory, Corsair RMx750x FM 80+G ATX PSU, motherboard bios upgraded to date. HDMI port connected with TV. When switched on, fans are running, all lights on board are on, but TV shows No Signal Detected, and no bios peeping heard. Any one has any recommendation?

Your board has debug LED's on the top right, between the 24 pin ATX and the top of the board. Which LED lit and what color is it?
