Order placed 4 days ago still processing...
I placed an online order to pick up in the Houston store on Monday, and it's still showing as processing today, Thursday. Is four or five days the current wait time, or did my order slip through the cracks?

All of our locations have been receiving an influx of reservations each day and with the limited staff we have, trying to fulfill each order has definitely been a challenge.
