I ordered a computer from the Web Store 9 days ago but still no confirmation email
How do I find out if theres a problem with my order or whats going on?

Hello @Teresa6000, thank you for joining the Micro Center Community page! To check on shipping order you can call or text 614-850-3675. This is the number for the Micro Center Online team which handles shipping orders. They are open Monday through Saturday from 10 am to 5 pm EST.
